Delivery & Shipping

Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched within our standard processing timeframe of 1–5 business days. While Hounding Oak makes every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delivery delays once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Unless otherwise stated, all Hounding Oak orders are shipped via the chosen postal carrier.

General Delivery Information

  • Delivery timeframes are based on Post estimates and do not include order processing time.

  • Orders generally take up to two business days to process before dispatch.

  • Tracking details will be sent to your nominated email address once your order has been dispatched.

  • In some cases, we may need to contact you before shipping your order. To avoid delays, please respond promptly to any communication from our team.
